For us, organic agriculture was simply a natural step, the official recognition of a practice already firmly established, born of a deep conviction.<\/p>\n<p>In autumn, once the harvest is complete, we lightly work the soil to prepare it for its winter rest, without ever using herbicides. Here, only the patient management of grass cover preserves the harmony between the vines and their landscape. The carefully maintained vegetation cover lightens the soil and protects the ground.<\/p>\n<p>To take care of our vines, we choose natural solutions, applied with precision and discernment. And because we believe that the vine expresses itself best through restraint, our yields remain deliberately modest.
